These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of blankgarment.ca, operated by Garment Express O/A 898012 Alberta Ltd. (“Blank Garment”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You must be at least the age of majority in your province to place an order. We currently ship within Canada only.
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated and shown at checkout based on the shipping province. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is processed through Stripe; we do not store your card details on our servers.
Apparel ships via Purolator with rates calculated at checkout. Apparel ships free on orders over $399 CAD (before tax and shipping). Pickup is available at our Calgary location. Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Custom direct-to-film transfers are produced from artwork you supply and are non-refundable except for production defects on our side. By placing a DTF order you confirm you have the right to use the artwork submitted.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on delivered goods and do not issue refunds for sizing, colour, change of mind, or over-ordering. Garments that arrive with a manufacturing or shipping defect are replaced free of charge after photo review by our quality control team; submit photos within 5 days of delivery through the contact form. Wrong or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. See our FAQ → Returns for details.
Loyalty points are earned at 20 points per CAD $1 spent and are redeemable at 400 points per CAD $1 of discount. Points have no cash value and may expire if your account is inactive for 24 months. Coupons cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
You agree not to use the site to scrape pricing or inventory at scale, to upload artwork that infringes third-party rights, or to interfere with the site’s operation. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Site content (logos, text, layout, photography, code) is owned by or licensed to Garment Express O/A 898012 Alberta Ltd. You may not copy or republish it without permission. Brand names and product images of third-party manufacturers belong to their respective owners.
The site and products are provided on an “as is” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or purchase of products is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Alberta.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
